Pasta


INGREDIENTS :


Pasta
Salt
Oil
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
Italian Herbs
Onion
Tomato
Coriander / green chilli / Garlic (optional)
Milk (optional)

PREPARATION :

 

Boil pasta with salt and oil. 

 

 

 After boiling keep pasta in a perforated bowl, run cold water and put it aside to cool. 

 

 

Chop onion, tomato, garlic, green chillies and coriander, each separately into small pieces.

 

 

 

 Add little butter to a wide bottom pan and heat it. 

Then add onion, garlic and sauté them for a min. Add tomato pieces and sauté them. 

 

 

Add coriander, tomato ketchup/sauce, mayonnaise and mix well. 

Add salt, red chilli powder, Italian herbs (or) Oregano powder, red chilli flakes, red chilli/green chilli sauce and mix well. Most of the above ingredients are optional can be altered as per taste and preference. 

 

 

Add little milk to make it a thin paste.

 

 

Now add boiled pasta to it.


 

Mix pasta well so that it gets coated with the sauce evenly. 

Pasta is ready to be served. It can be garnished with red chilli flakes / coriander / oregano powder / cheese as per ones preference.
